Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order in the United States.
No minimum, no threshold to reach, no shipping line added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm PT are picked up the next business day.
- Delivery: 3–7 business days after your order ships.
- Door to door: usually 4–9 business days from the moment you order.
Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses take a little longer — allow 7–14 business days after shipping.
Where we ship
All 50 US states, plus Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and US military addresses. We don't currently ship outside the United States.
Tracking
You get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as it leaves us. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start showing movement — if it looks frozen on day one, check again tomorrow. You can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.
If the confirmation email hasn't arrived, check your spam and promotions folders before you worry. If it isn't there either, email aptagynusa@gmail.com and we'll resend it.
Discreet packaging
Your order arrives in a plain mailer. There is nothing on the outside about what's inside, what it's for, or what it treats — only your address and ours. Nobody who handles it learns anything about you.
Delays outside our control
Once a carrier takes the parcel, the timing belongs to them. Weather, holiday backlogs and carrier delays happen, and we can't promise a date we don't control. What we can do is chase it: email aptagynusa@gmail.com and we'll open a trace with the carrier and, if it's genuinely lost, reship at our cost.
Wrong or incomplete address
Check your address at checkout — it's the single most common reason an order goes missing. If you spot a mistake, email us before it ships and we'll fix it. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reship free once the correct address is confirmed.
Damaged in transit
Email aptagynusa@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no charge. Keep the original.
Taxes and duties
US sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout. There are no customs charges, because we ship domestically only.
